Profile

Nicole was admitted to the Malaysian Bar in 2013. Prior to co-founding the firm, Nicole was an associate in a firm recommended by The Legal 500, where she gained much experience in real estate transactions and financing.

Nicole's area of practice primarily focuses on conveyancing and commercial matters including acquisition of real property by locals and foreginers, tenancies, estate planning and administration. She has extensive and varied experience particularly in transactions relating to residential and commercial properties.

Nicole also regularly advises developers as well as purchasers in respect of property management matters.
