Profile:
Malynda Tan was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2016. Prior to co-founding the firm, Malynda Tan was an associate in a firm recommended by The Legal 500, Asialaw Profiles and IFLR 1000.
Her primary areas of practice are general litigation, employment disputes, family law and matrimonial matters, contractual disputes, defamation, land acquisition, tort of negligence, debt recovery, corporate and commercial litigation.
Throughout her practice, she has been exposed to a wide range and spectrum of areas including estate planning, probate and assets administration matters, resealing of grant of probate together with Will and Estate Disputes.

- Defending an employee from his employer’s judicial review application against Industrial Court Award, High Court.

- Defending a non-governmental organisation from a defamation claim, Session Court.

- Advised and represented employees against unfair and wrongful dismissal at Industrial Court.
- Advised and represented employees who claim constructive dismissal.
